Guess who's here just in time for Valentines! It's the Sailor Senshi of Love and Beauty, Sailor Venus!

I think this is the first time I've posted anything with cell shading, I only used the blur tool twice, on the eyes and on the edge of the background......wait.......BACKGROUND!!!! o.O

yes, I actually made a background. It's a lot simpler than any of the other backgrounds that I've done in the past, and was actually fun to make (as opposed to how I normally feel about backgrounds, which is why I rarely include them).

Also, I think I've finally figured out exactly how I want to color anime eyes (finally), so I'll probably use this style again.

This was a lot of fun to color, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
